Decommission

Once your transformer or transformers have reached the end of their life cycle MIAMI TRANSFORMERS can remove and decommission said transformer either onsite or offsite. With over 26 years of experience MIAMI TRANSFORMERS will get rid of the oil (non-PCB) and dismantle the transformer in the most efficient and environmentally safe way. Miami Transformers will decommission, recycle, and remove transformer from your sub-station or facility.

MIAMI TRANSFORMERS has a fleet of vehicles, which consist of tractor- trailers, regular flat beds, low boys and roll-offs. MIAMI TRANSFORMERS will remove from your location all transformers between 10 KVA and 5,000 KVA. All transformers above 5,000 KVA will be decommissioned on site unless customer wishes to remove unit from the site.
